1. Shipping Methods And Timelines
At Paintpersonify, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping services. Our logistics partner is Delhivery, a trusted name in the industry. We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: Orders shipped using standard shipping will be delivered within 3-5 business days once they’ve been shipped.
Express Shipping: For customers who need their orders quickly, we offer an express shipping option. Orders placed with express shipping will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that the above delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on your location and product availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping across New Delhi. For other regions and international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the total weight of the items in your order, and the destination address.
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. This situation will not arise in the majority of the orders, however, it is neither under our control nor in the hands of our courier partner, DHL. Therefore, we are unable to assess when and how much custom duty charges may be levied. In any such case, where additional customs charges are applicable, customers will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
In the case of non acceptance of these taxes, where these charges are not paid by the customer, the responsibility of non-delivery of the order does not lie on Paintpersonify and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
3. Order Processing
As all our pieces are handmaid/made to order commissions, it takes us approximately 3-4 weeks to process the order and ship it from the date of order placement.
